- Occation: home for rent- Apartment lake garda vacation - Pricelist




Price for up to 4 persons per day from october 2011 - march 2012:
- Gas and water is included in the accessory charges
- electricity/heating included in accessory charges for up to KW/day (generally ok). A higher consuming will be charged with 0,40 Euro/KW - Minimum booking = 5 days, x-mas and on New Year = 4 days
- switching on heating one day ahead of arrival will is optional and would be charged with 10 Euro
- downpayment = directly after booking confirmation, payment of the rest = 6 weeks ahead of arrival - partial payment on location = possible but will be charged with 20 Euro for service costs - security deposit: 150 Euro until bis 4 persons, 200 Euro with more than 4 persons or with pet

Optional booking:
- 15 Euro = earlier access to the apartment - the access to the apartment on arrival day is 10 am
- 15 Euro = later departure - the departure on departure day is at 10 am.
- 18 Euro = payment of security deposit or partial payment of rental fee in cash on arrival day
- 18 Euro = repaiment of security deposit in cash at apartment site on departure day
- 17 Euro = bed linen and towels for each person per stay (but you can also bring your own linens/towels )

Other Information
Arrival and departure: Please be aware that we do not rent on a daily basis within high season.
We generally rent from saturday till saturday. If you want to stay fewer then 7 days, you would have to book at least 7 days but you can arrive and depart within your booking date whenever you want. You have to leave the apartment at 10 a.m. on departure day and you may not arrive earlier than 4 p. m on arrival day.
For 2 families: we recommend that you book these two apartments: Peschiera-1 and Peschiera-3
these apartments are located in the same residence and are only a few footsteps away.
Booking: We can book an apartement for you only with a signed booking contract
